DG, Non DG and Flexi shipment application

DG application:

Submission is to be in 5 WORKING DAYS PRIOR TO VESSEL ETA SIN (as per Portnet) by 1200hrs. Any submission received after 1200hrs will not be attended. Any reinstatement of cancelled DG approvals OR revision of DG application will be deemed as NEW DG application and subject to re-approval by Vessel Operator.

FINAL PM4 with container number must be submitted latest by 2 WORKING DAYS BEFORE VESSEL ETA SIN by 1200hrs. Any submission received after 1200hrs will result in late submission charge imposed from MPA/Port Chemist and/or might result in DG rejection for loading.

Non-DG Battery application:

A) Non-DG Lithium Battery booked with ONE will be stowed “On Deck Away Boiler” (LIBA)

B) Non-DG Battery (Non-Lithium Battery) will be stowed " Away from sources of heat" (AB)

Customer to declare the commodity type (A) or (B) above with all the relevant information at least 5 WORKING DAYS PRIOR TO VESSEL ETA SIN (as per Portnet) by 1200hrs. Failure to do so will result in container shut out and re-handling fee for LIBA/AB stowage at the next port under Shipper's account.

Flexi Shipment application:

A) Flexibag / Flexitank shipments booked with ONE will be stowed “On Deck Flexitank” (ODFT).

Customer to declare Flexi-Shipment with the relevant information at least 5 WORKING DAYS PRIOR TO VESSEL ETA SIN (as per Portnet) by 1200 hrs. Failure to do so will result in container shut out and terminal charges will be under the Shipper's account.
